General Terms and Conditions
1. Booking
We recommend booking your shuttle service in advance. Reservations can be made online. Last-minute bookings are accepted subject to vehicle availability. QR-Code available at the Hotel or www.airport-shuttle8152.com to access the booking platform.
2. Boarding
Boarding is only permitted with a valid ticket. Passengers must follow the driver’s instructions and present their ticket upon boarding. Guests are requested to board only after their luggage has been properly stowed.
3. Luggage
Only handbags or small personal items may be carried inside the bus. All other luggage must be handed to the driver for storage.
Hilton Zurich Airport assumes no liability for loss, theft, or damage of luggage or its contents, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct as defined by Swiss law.
4. Safety Regulations
All passengers must wear seat belts for the duration of the journey. Standing during travel is not permitted. Should the bus be at full capacity, it will return within a few minutes to collect remaining passengers.
5. Cancellation, No-show, and Incorrect Bookings
No refunds will be provided in case of cancellation, no-show, or incorrect booking.
6. VAT and Road Taxes
All applicable VAT and road taxes are included in the published ticket prices.
7. Price Adjustments
Hilton Zurich Airport reserves the right to adjust ticket prices in the event of significant currency fluctuations, fuel cost increases, or circumstances arising from force majeure.
8. Entry and Travel Documents
Passengers are responsible for carrying valid identification and travel documents (ID, passport) and complying with all applicable passport, visa, and customs regulations.
9. Consent to use
By using the booking platform www.airport-shuttle8152.com, the validity of these General Terms and Conditions is acknowledged. The user of the booking platform agrees to the associated provisions and expressly consents to the electronic storage and processing of the data they have entered or generated.
10. Shuttle Capacity and Flight Connection Responsibility
Hilton Zurich Airport and AMR Limo GmbH cannot be held liable for any missed flights, connections, or additional costs resulting from shuttle delays, limited capacity, or high passenger volume. Seats on the shuttle are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed at specific times. Guests are strongly advised to plan their departure to the airport at least three (3) hours prior to their scheduled flight and to consider alternative transportation options such as taxis in case of time-sensitive travel.
